With
over 25 years of experience in all aspects of restoration, remodeling and specialized
master carpentry, Ross Gibson began performing home inspections in 1987. He established his business,
Ross A. Gibson, Independent Building Inspector, in that same year.
Ross' hands on experience has given him a valuable perspective in the home inspection business.
As an ASHI inspector, Ross can perform a home inspection or as a
Contractor, Ross can make the necessary repairs needed that another home
inspector, building appraiser, termite man, etc. has found. According to
ASHI standards and ethics, Ross can only work on a house that he
inspected after one year has passed. Read more about Ross'
qualifications!
